1. Free Trial
NekoPulse offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
A payment method is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until day 15.Conversion process:— Before your trial ends, you will receive a reminder email with your conversion date and the subscription amount ($199/month).— On day 14, your subscription activates automatically unless cancelled.— You may cancel at any time before day 14 via your billing portal — no charge will be applied.By activating your trial, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, including the automatic renewal at $199/month on day 15.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee — First Month
If you are not satisfied after receiving your first paid report, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment within 7 days of your first charge.To request a refund, contact [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request" and your account email. We'll process it within 24-48 hours. No explanation required.After the 7-day window, all charges are final. No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for subsequent billing periods. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current paid period.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Note: If you are within the 7-day satisfaction window of your first charge, see Section 2 for refund eligibility.You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
Cancellation stops future billing. No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for the remainder of an active billing month. Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
4. Service Failures & Technical Errors
If a report fails to generate due to a verified technical error on NekoPulse's end, you are entitled to a credit or reprocessing at no cost. To request a review, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date, including your account email and a description of the issue.Claims submitted outside this window will not be eligible for credit.
5. Payment Failures and Service Suspension
If a payment fails, our billing system will automatically retry the charge up to 8 times over a 2-week period. You will receive email notifications at each failed attempt.If all retry attempts are unsuccessful, your subscription will be marked as unpaid and access to your reports will be suspended. Your account and data will be retained for 30 days, during which you may update your payment method to reactivate the service. After 30 days, inactive accounts may be permanently closed.
